Francisco’s culinary adventure started as a dishwasher at Marie Callender’s, but he didn’t stop there. During his breaks, he would shadow the baker, eager to learn and absorb the art of baking. With each new job, whether in American fine dining, Italian cuisine, steak houses, or elsewhere, his passion for learning and mastering cooking techniques never waned. It’s remarkable how dreams can change, as he initially wanted to become a mechanic as a teenager, yet his path led him to the kitchen.

Everything changed when Francisco began working at his first seafood restaurant. There, he rose to the role of sous-chef, responsible for crafting everything from scratch with an unwavering commitment to using the freshest ingredients.
